Edit: --> Worked an additional hour on the transition, starfield and the clouds at the bottom. As some people pointed out, it really was too havy. Thanks :)

Here it is, finally. A collaboration with ~fish0o for the *TerraSpace "LIFE" artpack [link]
~fish0o provided two fantastic Terragen renders, but we decided tu use the second one that he started from scratch again.

:bulletblue: ~fish0o did the Terragen Render in 3000x4000px, Rendering time was approx. 16hours. The fantastic Render in it's original can be seen here [link]
:bulletblue: ~fish0o had the great idea with a tree being the only point lit by sunrays in a more dark environment. We were thinking about a city as well, but as i was working with the Render i just couldn't get it right and decided to portrait a depressive, dead landscape (on earth? or a unknown planet? It's your imagination) with vulcanos and other hostile things. It was a little hard to get the perspective right, but later on i kinda liked it that way, a fantasy-like landscape with a lot of artistic license.
:bulletblue: The postwork took me something around 40-50hours or so at all, spread over 4weeks. I used every free minute to it, so i did not count exactly. But what what does time mean? I know for myself that i worked with all my passion on it and i'm really happy with the result.
:bulletblue: Original size is 3000x6500 and my computer went through hell with it, seriously - even with 1,5GB of RAM on a 3.2Ghz machine. So huuuuge, cheap and very tasty prints are on the way
:bulletblue: I'd like to thank ~fish0o very much for the collaboration; he had some great ideas, was very fast (unlike me, sorry :yum:) and did an fantastic job with the Render.

Thank you (if you're actually reading all that stuff ) for your time, i hope you enjoy! Wallpapers are coming for sure, go and devwatch ~fish0o as he will release the Wallies. And you don't want to miss these, huh ;)

Go and give him some love! He's a really fantastic Terragen artist and could get some more attention, he really would deserve that.

Woah, you can't see the original render at all in there... I think the bottom is a bit too chaotic for my tastes, but it's definitely done very well, excellent job!

There's a reason that little guy looks so oblivious.

When I saw it in my devwatch messages I desided: "I must see it all" (my internet connection is sux today, so downloading took much time). If I'll say that your, guys, job is great, it means to say nothing. It is extremely GREAT! It looks very realistic. It doesn't looks like digital art: if i didn't know you I would deside that this picture was drawn with oil paints.
My respect to you both. :)
*I hope that a print of this small picture will be good because I can't buy prints here or on Zazzle*
