Radical! Very innovative and creative approach to a futuristic skyline. Superb mix of height, light, details, and rivers with architecture. The heavenly background looks great.

One thing I would improve on is more shoreline. The buildings' foundations just seem too close to the river. A little more land would really act as a buffer between the water and the buildings.
