Kind of, yes. I think you could say so. The bigger you work the better (&easier) you can paint in detail. Of course some areas are really detailed like the windows from the building in the middle, but if you would paint every single one like that you would need like 1000hours So it's mostly about detailing the right places whilst suggesting detail in others.
That is very smart. I guess that is a lot of practice to find which ones to use only in the right places. So, when you do paint, I suppose it's twice as big as your finished product? I think your last work was 3000psi right?
