I hope you enjoy the view onto the beautiful sea of light.
Entirely painted in Photoshop, 4400x3300 300dpi. I started this a loooong time ago and finished it today after ~8hours of non-stop painting. Around 25 hours in total.
Please don't critique so hard, i know the perspective problems here (too late to correct these) and that the color choice may be a little brave
Nice job, your cityscenes are beautiful. Do you have any detailouttakes available anywhere? IŽd love to take a closer look, might learn a thing or two.

It looks great!!! 25 hours of work! I dont know how you did it (I cannot paint in Photoshop at all), but it came out very good! I like the colours, composition and lighting! The persons in the foreground gives it a lot of depth!! Well done!

wow, that's really cool. love it all, but the people seem a little unnatural. and i think if you really wanted to make this awesome, make it longer, add more city.

i think the reason there is a bit if crit for the bloke is because the light is not coming form directly in front of him, so he should really have some detail, little highlights on face etc. But i get the effect you were trying to pull off... although i agree it does look unnatural.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
