Entirely painted in Photoshop, 4400x3300 300dpi. I started this a loooong time ago and finished it today after ~8hours of non-stop painting. Around 25 hours in total.
Please don't critique so hard, i know the perspective problems here (too late to correct these) and that the color choice may be a little brave

Reminds me a great deal of "New Helic City", the capitol of my fictional race's homeworld "Quipteria" its a Gas giant planet, and all the population lives in giant "Cloud Cities".
